Short, because there is very little to agree to.
- This site sells nothing
- Prices shown are what a piece costs in the shop, in Indian rupees, including tax. Showing a price here is not an offer to sell at that price online, because there is no online sale.
- Stock
- Sizes shown as in stock were in stock when the page was built. Somebody may be trying that piece on right now. Ask us to hold it if you want to be certain.
- Holds and fittings
- A hold lasts 48 hours and costs nothing. A booked fitting is free, carries no obligation, and can be cancelled by either of us with a phone call.
- Returns
- Fourteen days, unworn, altered pieces excepted. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which we do not limit.
- The photographs
- The garments photographed on this site are stock photography used under licence, not Meridian's own production samples. See the credits in the repository.
